Gen-El-Mec specializes in precision and custom CNC milling, turning, and precision wire EDM and required a new, state-of-the-art, facility to continue to provide exeptional products and customer service to their expanding client base.  Gen-El-Mec sought to construct a new 30,000 square-foot manufacturing facility within the Fox Hollow Industrial Park Subdivision, a project on which Civil 1 had acted as the lead site design engineer.  Civil 1's unique understanding of the site layout and development potential was a significant advantage for Gen-El-Mec and allowed the design and approval process to be completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.  

Civil 1 provided complete site design services including parking and truck access design, site grading, and stormwater management. Two extensive stormwater renovation areas were designed to protect the surrounding wetland areas.
